  • Look first for the native ASIO driver that installed with your audio device OR if one is not available use the Image-Line FL Studio ASIO. Whichever driver you use, download the latest from your audio device manufacturer. MacOS - Try Aggregating your audio interface. This can improve unsolvable crackling issues, particularly during recording.
  • I take it you mean a delay between pressing a key on a MIDI device and hearing it in the audio output. The usual reason for this is that you’re using the wrong driver for your device. Most DAW systems require you to connect to MIDI with a system c.

How To Fix Graphic Issues Fl Studio Mac Osx

Hey everyone, I decided to put fl studio onto my desktop instead of using it on my laptop because it over heats a lot now. Anyway on my laptop i use fl 9 and it never crackles and the cpu load rarely goes over 50% (this is a 2.0 ghz dual core and around 4 years old) and the buffer length is at the highest so that i can use it without annoying stuttering and crackling.
However when i put it on my pc (which has a 3.4 ghz quad in it) i was hoping for it to run a lot better than on my laptop but instead it is pretty much un-usable. It hits around 70% cpu load and crackles/stutters when playing a kick, a snare and a 3xosc. I've tried lowering the buffer length to the highest (8000 and something) and switching to the asio4all sound driver. This made the under-runs go from 2000 to around 20 but it is still stuttering like mad. I don't understand why its and wondering if anyone knew if it has anything to do with needing a new soundcard. But in both my laptop and pc i dont have a dedicated soundcard but the laptop has worked. RAM should also not a problem as laptop has 4gb and pc has 8gb. So just asking if anyone knows if this is a soundcard problem or just something I'm doing wrong? cheers in advance

To the OP however, I would not recommend FL and parallels. If youre gonna do it, do it right and use bootcamp. FL studio had a beta test in winter of 2011 for a mac version of FL (or at least it used a wrapper). But I heard there were some issues and no release date is out yet AFAIK (or any statement that there will ever be a release date).
